In 2003, as a response to Syracuse's only major national championship, a group of visionaries formed the Anti-Syracuse Conspiracy to ensure this would never happen again. No one knows just how large the Conspiracy is, but estimates have it around 220 million members, including several football and basketball officials. Meetings are held sporatically throughout the year in numerous locations.

No one disputes that the Conspiracy's greatest success to date was encouraging the hiring of Greg Robinson as the head football coach in 2005, where he promptly led the Orange to the worst four years in the history of the program. The conspiracy was also able to convince AIRBHG to spend a few off-days during basketball seasons on Syracuse centers, depriving the top-ranked Orange of their pivot men in the NCAA tournament following the 2009 and 2012 seasons.
